The Role:


We’re looking for someone with experience in digital design to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of design areas to support our online and B2B platforms in collaboration with the wider team. Your day-to-day work will include collaborating closely with our creative director to produce beautiful visuals of our brand and product.  You’ll create artwork and imagery for customer facing content, Ad campaigns, image retouching as well as supporting with photography and video assets for social media. You’ll also play a key role in creative discussions and ideation for a wide variety of design outputs.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to produce brand visuals for use across DTC and B2B platforms.
  • Social media asset production working alongside our Communications team.
  • Creating images, graphics and infographics for DTC and B2B marketing campaigns working to very tight brand guidelines and accessibility requirements.
  • Working on master artwork files and rolling these out across various media in different sizes and formats.
  • Creating artwork and collateral for events, such as flyers, banners, posters, business cards.
  • Uploading assets to Digital Asset Management System and supporting development, housekeeping and management of the System as well as providing support to other users.
  • Helping to maintain and develop our websites.

Our ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience designing for both digital and print.
  • A portfolio showing a range of design work i.e. flyers, brochures, infographics, display ads, banners, web, social media content.
  • Solid design experience in a similar company or marketing team and experience of working with external agencies.
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (inc. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Premiere Pro,) Shopify & other platforms.
  • Experience with brand management and guardianship.
  • Experience working with external printers, with knowledge of print processes and creating print-ready artwork.
  • Experience working as part of a team.
  • Experience of working with copywriters and workflow coordinators.
  • Experience in creating artwork for social media adverts.

Qualifications in Graphic Design, Digital Design or Artworking.

A strong portfolio with evidence of technical skills
