Bird Eyewear Return Policy

Need to return your Birds or want to try another pair?

No problem, we have you covered. You can return anything within 14 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund or exchange for another style. 

For returns past 14 days from the original purchase date, you can exchange the item or receive store credit. All items must be in unworn and re-saleable condition.

All you need to do is:

1. Download and complete our returns form (please include it with the returned parcel).

 2. Pack up any frames how they arrived (unused and in the original packaging).

3. Post them back to us at: Bird Eyewear, Hybrid House, Exeter, EX4 8DS

 Extra Tips:

  • If you bought your Birds from a retail shop, please return them to the place of purchase, unless you're using our recycle service.
  • Need a free returns label? Just email our team and we’ll send you one (UK addresses only).

Important Things to Note:

  • Prescription lenses are non-refundable since they’re made just for you.
  • Returns for refunds are valid only for website purchases within 14 days.
  • Please include the return form with your products to avoid any issues.
  • Items not in original condition may incur a re-stocking fee of up to 15%.
