I need to return my Birds or can I exchange for another pair?
No problem, we have you covered. You can return anything within 14 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund or exchange for another style. Items must be returned in unworn and re-saleable condition.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders receive a confirmation email plus a tracking email once your order is shipped.
These can sometimes land in spam folders, so please check these for us.
There's a problem with my Birds, what shall I do?
Our team lovingly check and package each pair of frames before they leave the nest. However, if you find a fault and would like to exchange, please let us know and we'll send you a free returns label.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally with DHL and can ship your order anywhere in the world (literally)
Can I amend my order if I made a mistake?

When will my order arrive?
UK orders arrive between 2-3 days. We ship 48hr tracked and all orders will receive a tracking email. Our daily shipping cut-off time is 3pm - any orders placed after this will be shipped the next day.
International delivery is generally 4-6 days via DHL, all orders will receive a tracking email.
