The Role: 

 

The role is based at our Exeter office, where you will work within the B2B team to grow and service our expanding network of UK stockists. As Customer Account Manager you will be at the forefront of the business facilitating both inbound and outbound communication with our clients.

 

Your role and responsibilities will include the following;

 

  • To regularly review with your customers their business, product mix and supplier preferences promoting the company as their first choice.
  • To maintain a consistent contact programme for both direct and indirect independent accounts across the UK.
  • To work alongside the existing team to support the goals of the B2B team and the brand. 
  • To maintain accurate customer records and reports for relevant accounts to ensure that sales data and market activity can be analysed accurately.

Our ideal candidate;

 

  • Previous B2B sales experience in eyewear / fashion or similar industry.
  • More than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer account servicing role.
  • Initiative to generate and maintain new accounts.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to effectively record and interpret data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Numbers or Google Sheets.
  • Have an active interest in sustainability and fashion.
