Welcome to the Flock!

Thank you for choosing positive eyewear.

We hope your Birds landed with you safely. We've designed every pair to benefit the world, but it's you the wearer that makes them one of a kind. The sky's your limit.

Pass it forward by sending the code FLOCKYEAH to a friend and give them a 10% discount.

Important Care Information

Glasses and sunglasses can be cleaned in the same way. Here are the dos and don’ts of keeping your Birds tip top.

DO:

1. Use a lens or microfibre cleaning cloth to wipe lenses, like THIS ONE.

2. Use a spray designed for cleaning lenses like THIS ONE or a drop of washing-up liquid.

3. Check the hinges are straight and screws are tight (be careful not to over tighten).

4. Always take glasses and sunglasses off your face using both hands (using one hand causes the arms to stretch).

5. Always keep your frames inside your glasses case

DON'T:

1. Don’t use an item of clothing to clean your lenses (no matter how soft you think it is).

2. Don’t use other cleaning fluids that contain alcohol, acetone, bleach. Stick to eye friendly solutions.

3. Don't keep your frames loose in pockets or bags where they can get scratched.

Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all acetate and metal frames, and a one-year warranty on all wooden frames.

Our warranty covers any genuine manufacturing, material and workmanship defects should they occur. It does not cover accidental damage and lens damage from misuse, loss or theft.

Got any old frames?

Anyone can benefit from our recycle scheme by sending old or unwanted pairs of glasses or sunglasses for us to recycle. In return we give you a £25 voucher (we take any frames from any brand, not just Birds)

If you have any questions regarding whether or not your Birds are eligible for replacement under warranty, please don’t hesitate to contact our team at hello@findyourbirds.com.

Frame Adjustments

Good news, all our frames can be adjusted to better fit you.

If you need to adjust your frames, drop us an email or website chat and we'll guide you through it.

Why our Birds fly higher than the rest...

Sustainable materials

We work closely to support and understand our supply-chain and we source all raw materials ourselves.

Our most widely used material by volume is Bio-acetate, a biodegradable and non-toxic plastic that's made without oil-based plasticisers.

We use plant based dyes and ensure all products can be recycled or are fully biodegradable. Even our cleaning cloths are made from recycled plastic bottles. All Birds are considered vegan and animal cruelty free.

Unlike other brands, we don't shy away from full transparency... you can view our supplier map HERE

We’re a B Corp

We were the first UK eyewear company to become a certified B Corp.

What's that we hear you ask?

Certified B Corporations are rigorously verified to meet the highest standards of social and environmental impact, and balance purpose with profit.

They are third party verified and legally required to consider the impact of their decisions on their workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment.

Supporting communities in Malawi and Zambia

For every pair sold we help distribute solar light to remote communities in Africa through our Share Your Sun partnership with SolarAid. Helping to combat the burning of toxic fuels for light indoors and elevating families from poverty.

Always #ShareYourSun

Creating a circular economy

Our frames are built to last and we consider their whole life cycle when designing them. Anyone can take advantage of our recycling programme - simply send your frames to us for recycling and receive a discount on your next pair of Birds.

A global flock

We put people first. By working closely with our assembly teams and supply chain we can ensure minimum impact on the environment, and maximum support for our global flock. This means to the very best of our ability, and through third party verifications we ensure no forms of modern slavery, no child labour of any kind, no forced labour, freedom of association and fair and equal pay.

Carbon Goals

We firstly minimise and then offset all our carbon emissions.

We're lucky to have our very own Bird Forest in Devon, where we're creating a native, bio-diverse woodland, to pull carbon from our atmosphere and of course create new homes for our feathered friends.

We're also part of the B Corp Climate Collective that support the global climate goals.
