Warranty Registration

Thank you for purchasing your Birds and welcome to The Flock.

We offer a 12 month warranty on all of our frames and accessories.  

Our warranty covers any genuine manufacturing, material and workmanship defects, and failures should they occur. It does not cover accidental damage and lens damage from misuse, loss or theft.

To activate your warranty, simply complete the form below within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure you retain proof of purchase as this will be required in the event of any claim.
