The Role:

The role will involve working with independent Opticians & Fashion Stores in your region. As Regional Eyewear Sales Manager you will be at the forefront of the business and drive growth through hitting company sales targets. The focus of this role is to develop positive growth within your region by continuously working with new and existing clients. 

• To regularly review with your customers their business, product mix and supplier preferences promoting the company as their first choice. 

• To maintain a consistent call programme in the field for both direct and indirect independent accounts across the geographical area to increase sales by ensuring that the company becomes the preferred supplier. 

• To agree and implement customer training, both in practice and in video workshop format, on all new and existing products. 

• To maintain accurate customer records and reports for relevant accounts to ensure that sales data and market activity can be analysed accurately.

Our ideal candidate;

• Previous B2B sales experience in eyewear / fashion or similar industry.

• More than 2 years of experience in field sales roles.

• Initiative to generate and maintain new accounts.

• Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to effectively record and interpret data.

• Ability to work remotely and manage own time frame to ensure weekly deliverables.

• Have an active interest in sustainability.


• Remote working to cover regional areas (eg London, North UK, Midlands etc), predominantly on the road, with occasional trade shows.
