We pride ourselves on making better quality eyewear that lasts. Each pair of Birds passes through our meticulous quality control before they leave HQ. Should a pair of Birds need some TLC, we are here to assist.

Our standard 12 month warranty is extended to an exclusive 18 month Partnership warranty from the date of purchase. This covers both you and your customers for all Bird Eyewear products sold from your premises. 

Our guarantee includes expert repair by our technicians, here in our workshop at Bird HQ. In the event that a repair would not meet the exceptionally high standards we set at the point of release, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost whilst under warranty. In the unlikely event that a replacement is not available, a brand new alternative will be offered at no additional cost, even if a higher value than the original design. 

Our workshop holds spares for all of our designs, both past and present. This means you can be sure that your customer will have their repaired item back in no time. 

Repairs can be instigated by our Partners, or alternatively can be passed directly onto ourselves (we are happy with whichever method best suits your company and your customers needs).

Out of Warranty Repairs 

Repairs beyond the 18 month Partnership warranty are available at a fixed cost of £25 exc VAT & Shipping. Each repair includes a thorough health check for the whole frame and an over-haul of every component. All Birds also receive a complimentary clean before they go back to their owners.
